TERMS OF SERVICE NATIONAL

 

HOURS OF OPERATION

Mon. – Thurs., 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Fridays, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm.

TERMS

Terms are net 15 days. First order will be pre-paid, COD, or credit card. Accounts which have outstanding invoices past 15 days will be required to pay their account in full before further shipments are made and may be required to have future shipments made on a COD or credit card basis. Customer is responsible for any legal or collection fees in the event that the account is turned over to a collection agency or legal representation.

ORDERING

You can order from our distributor website or a sales representative by calling 810-691-8554. You can access our product list at www.burgersunlimited.com.

MINIMUMS

Orders under $300 will have a $25.00 service charge added.
Your account must be paid up within terms to qualify for the Distributor discount.

SHIPPING and DELIVERIES

From our Michigan Warehouse

Burgers Unlimited stocks all products available on the Website.
Orders placed by 2:00 pm will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm may be shipped the following day.
We have a very good discount with FedEx due to the volume of shipments we do. We will add the actual ship charge to your invoice. Please understand that when ordering only one case for shipment by FedEx, the shipping may cost more than the product.

BILLING

An invoice will be emailed within a day or two of receiving your shipment. In addition, we will email you a statement monthly. Please check your statement when you receive it. If there is something you do not understand, please contact us so we can get you the information you need in a timely manner.

CREDITS

Burgers Unlimited strives to ship only the finest products. Occasionally, however, the wrong product is shipped, or product is damaged in shipping. Burgers Unlimited guarantees all its products*, but we must be notified within a reasonable period of time concerning shortage or damaged. All complaints must be received within 48 hours, or 2 business days, in order for credit to be given. Please notify us via email or by phone.
