BURGERS UNLIMITED COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Recommended cooking methods for 4oz burgers
PLEASE COOK FROM FROZEN no need to Thaw
Pan Sear / Stove Top
- Non Stick Pan / Flat Top Grill / Griddle Pan or Griddle / Pan Sear / Saute
- PREHEAT to Medium High Heat / Approximately 375 Degrees
- Optional tsp olive oil/vegetable oil or pan release / apply just enough to coat with a thin layer
- Place Frozen Burger or Burgers in Pan / Be sure not to overcrowd pan for even cooking results
- Cook Burgers for approximately 4 min per side or to an internal temperature of 155 degrees, Chicken Burger 165 degrees, for 15 seconds. Allow Burgers to rest 1-3 minutes before serving
Barbecue Grille
- Heat Barbecue Grill to Medium High Heat approximately 375 Degrees
- Pre-treat Grille Surface with Food release Spray Before Placing Burgers on Grille
- Place Frozen Burgers on Grille for 4 Minutes Per Side or to an internal temperature of 155 degrees for 15 seconds / Do not overcrowd Grille leave space between Burgers for even cooking results
- Allow Burgers to rest for 2-3 minutes before serving
Oven / Convection Oven
- Preheat Oven to 375 Degrees
- Place frozen Burgers on a Nonstick or Foil / Parchment Lined Baking Tray (optional Nonstick spray release on a baking tray before heating)
- Do not overcrowd the tray, leave space between each Burger for even cooking results
- Bake for approximately 15 minutes or to an internal temperature of 155 degrees for 15 seconds
- Allow Burgers to rest for 2-3 minutes before serving
